Pando Member Code of Conduct

Overview

Pando is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all of its Members. This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations and guidelines for behavior during both in-person and virtual interactions within the Pando community. Harassment, discrimination, and inappropriate, offensive behaviors or bullying of Pando Members, employees, affiliates and guests will not be tolerated.

Certain conduct may violate the Code of Conduct as well as the law. Pando reserves the right to investigate and to initiate the resolution process regardless of the prospect of, or pending, civil or criminal proceedings. 

Pando will investigate incidents that include, but are not limited to: harassment, discrimination, bullying and threatening behavior.  If you are ever uncomfortable with an interaction, please submit a detailed description of the situation to Pando by contacting clientsuccess@pandopooling.com.

This policy is drafted broadly and is not intended to be exhaustive in outlining all forms of inappropriate behavior.  Pando reserves the right to remove any member of its community for any reason.

Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all Members and prospective Members of the Pando community, including, but not limited to, attendees of events, participants in online forums, contributors to small group sessions, and anyone engaging in Pando community activities.

Harassment and Discrimination

               Harassment. Harassment of any kind, including, but not limited to, verbal, physical,                visual, or online harassment, is strictly prohibited. This includes offensive                comments, slurs, or any unwelcome attention.

               Discrimination. Discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual                orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information,                disability, or any other protected status is unacceptable.

               Reporting Unlawful Harassment and Discrimination. If you experience or witness                unlawful harassment or discrimination, please report it immediately to Pando at                clientsuccess@pandopooling.com. Reports will be treated confidentially and                investigated promptly.

Inappropriate, Offensive, or Bullying Behaviors

               Respectful Communication. Members must communicate with courtesy and                respect. Offensive language, personal attacks, or any form of bullying are strictly                prohibited.

               Zero Tolerance for Intimidation. Intimidation in any form, whether physical or                virtual, is not acceptable. Members should feel safe and free from intimidation.

               Inclusive Language. Use inclusive language that respects diverse backgrounds                and experiences. Avoid derogatory comments, stereotypes, or exclusionary                language.

               Online Etiquette. Respect online spaces and adhere to specific guidelines provided                for virtual interactions. Do not engage in disruptive behaviors that hinder                productive and respectful discussions.

Member Content

Members may have the opportunity to provide, share or post information, text, data, content, photos or videos, including as part of community group interactions (“Member Content”). You agree not to provide any Member or engage in any conduct that:

               (a)  is unlawful, illegal or unauthorized;
               (b)  is defamatory of any other person;
               (c)  is obscene, sexually explicit or offensive;
               (d)  advertises or promote any other product or business;
               (e)  is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
               (f)   is likely to disrupt our Web Properties in any way; or
               (g)  promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality,                       disability, sexual orientation or age;
               (h)  infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary                       right of any other person; or
               (i)  advocates, promotes or assists any violence or any unlawful act.

Consequences for Violation

               Investigation. Pando is not responsible for actively seeking out violations of the                Code of Conduct.  If an allegation of a Code of Conduct violation is brought to our                attention, we will work to thoroughly investigate the facts and circumstances                surrounding the complaint. 

               Consequences. Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in corrective actions,                including but not limited to warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent                expulsion from the community, depending on the severity and recurrence of the                behavior.

               Appeals. Members have the right to appeal decisions. Appeals should be                submitted in writing to Pando by contacting clientsuccess@pandopooling.com for                reconsideration.

Pando is dedicated to fostering a positive and collaborative environment. By adhering to this Code of Conduct, Members contribute to creating a space that is welcoming, diverse, and supportive for all. Your cooperation is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our community.
